Raya Cakes


Did these 5 cakes for a customer who wanted give them away to corporate clients as Hari Raya Aidilfitri gifts. This was a last minute order giving me two and a half day to work on them. They are all double-recipe carrot walnut cake with HH butter cream and store-bought sugar flowers. They should weight around 4kg plus (didn't weigh them since my scale can only take 3 kg). The height of each cake excluding the flowers is 7 inches.

HH butter cream = High Humidity Butter Cream.
Its texture and taste is like sugar paste. The wonderful thing about this butter cream is that it will crust a few hours after it is laid on the cake and it will not stick to your fingers if you touch them. However, the texture remains soft. It can withstand our humid and hot whether without melting as does the normal butter cream.


Top view and side view of one the pink color cake which has a slight dome on top to have a different look than the other four.
































The other four has the same flat surface as this one.

Price of each cake is RM150.00 excluding delivery charge.
