Christmas is just around the corner. Planning gifts for friends, relatives, love ones or corporate clients? All mybake cookies can be packed and wrapped to your specifications. Prices will base on the size, availability of container, quality of decorative materials used.
Below is a sample gift packed Cornflake Raisin Cookies. The container is slightly larger then my usual cookie container.

Chocolate Peanut Cookies are baked with imported coco powder and peanut butter. Once baked they were dipped in good quality white chocolate one by one before drying and storing. They are really yummy and ideal as Christmas gifts. Price: RM18.00

Baked with coffee granules processed from high quality Arabic coffee beans and sandwiched with rich chocolate. These are really heaven for coffee lovers. Price: RM18.00

Raya Cakes
Did these 5 cakes for a customer who wanted give them away to corporate clients as Hari Raya Aidilfitri gifts. This was a last minute order giving me two and a half day to work on them. They are all doub
le-recipe carrot walnut cake with HH butter cream and store-bought sugar flowers. They should weight around 4kg plus (didn't weigh them since my scale can only take 3 kg). The height of each cake excluding the flowers is 7 inches.
HH butter cream = High Humidity Butter Cream.
Its texture and taste is like sugar paste. The wonderful thing about this butter cream is that it will crust a few hours after it is laid on the cake and it will not stick to your fingers if you touch them. However, the texture remains soft. It can withstand our humid and hot whether without melting as does the normal butter cream.

Fried Seaweed Crisp with recipe
Fried Seaweed CrispRM15 per tub
This one is as easy as 'one, two, three' :) You can do it too. Just buy 'popiah skin' and nori sheet from the stores. Take 2 popiah skin, brush them with beaten egg white. Place one same size nori sheet on top to one popiah skin. Then place the other popiah skin with the egg washed layer facing down. Stick them together and cut into strips. Then fry with oil on medium heat fire and cool before storing or pop them into your mouth. A very nice snack. My children almost finished all the whole bottle. Have fun trying.

This cookie was removed from my list for the past 2 years due to the tedious work involved. The cookie has to be piped one by one using the thumb and a nozzle to get the good look. My children love this very much. Since they asked me to make some for them I thought I might as well put it up for sales again this year.

Raya 2007 Cookies
I've been baking and selling festive cookies for the past six years. Yes, even while I was working. These are photographs taken beginning of this year for another festive season. I've decided not to use the same sticker for this season to be consistent with the new name of my small little venture, "mybake". I will also discard the use of gold tape as the quality of the tape was disappointing.
These cookies are time tested with repeated orders yearly. Be assured they are carefully prepared and baked with fresh and good quality ingredients available.
