Fried Seaweed Crisp with recipe

Fried Seaweed Crisp
RM15 per tub

This one is as easy as 'one, two, three' :) You can do it too. Just buy 'popiah skin' and nori sheet from the stores. Take 2 popiah skin, brush them with beaten egg white. Place one same size nori sheet on top to one popiah skin. Then place the other popiah skin with the egg washed layer facing down. Stick them together and cut into strips. Then fry with oil on medium heat fire and cool before storing or pop them into your mouth. A very nice snack. My children almost finished all the whole bottle. Have fun trying.
